30 Day Affirmation Challenge Day #18

Often times we tend to stress over things that are completely out of our control. 


Next time you are stressing out about something, ask yourself one question….

Can I do anything about it? 

If you can then stop complaining and make a change, but if you can not do anything about it then just let go and let God. Don’t put yourself in a situation trying to analysze something that is out of your control. 

Stress is a silent killer, it will attack you mentally, emotionally, and physically and you never even notice that stress is taking place. 

From this point on always ask yourself one simple question when you find yourself in stressful situation…..

Can I do anything about it?
