It’s time to start embracing life for all it has to offer. Whether it be the good or even the bad, it is all just shaping us into the person we are destined to be.

Often times, we can’t appreciate the good that happens in our lives because we have let all the bad things shape us for the worse. Take pride in overcoming the bad. Its what allows us to become stronger in light of any situation.

Being able to embrace every aspect of our being, our existence is something that most people are unable to achieve.
In order to do so, we must live within the moment, not to dwell on the past or worry about he future. Accepting and allowing each moment as it presents itself. Only then can we embrace all that we are destined to be and accept all that we have been through.

20 days in!!! Woot woot! 

I don’t know about y’all but I feel great! Today is a beautiful day out. I am in Virginia and for the past 2 days we’ve had some summerish kinda weather.

Today is a day of gratitude for me, please join me in being thankful, and appreciative of everything and everyone around you because there are people out there that have that are worse off, and my heart and prayers go out to them. πŸ™πŸ½

Do you ever take time out to give yourself a little praise for things that you have done? 

Well if you don’t, you should! Lift yourself up with encouraging words don’t depend on others to do what you should be doing all along.

You are your own cheerleader! Self is all that matters when it comes to any opinions, and praise. Make yourself feel good about all you have done and are yet to do. If you do, negativity will slide right past you.

Often times we tend to stress over things that are completely out of our control. 


Next time you are stressing out about something, ask yourself one question….

Can I do anything about it? 

If you can then stop complaining and make a change, but if you can not do anything about it then just let go and let God. Don’t put yourself in a situation trying to analysze something that is out of your control. 

Stress is a silent killer, it will attack you mentally, emotionally, and physically and you never even notice that stress is taking place. 

From this point on always ask yourself one simple question when you find yourself in stressful situation…..

Can I do anything about it?
