30 Day Affirmation Challenge Day #8

30 Day Affirmation Challenge Day #7

Today is Day 7 of our Affirmation Challenge. 

When situations arise and may not go according to plan, or people may not say what we expect of them, it’s ok. Don’t allow yourself to let others dictate how you feel about yourself. You are only what God and yourself say you are, and nothing less. 

Affirming today that no matter how you think others may feel about you, you are enough, you are worthy, you are loved. 

You have to believe that. 

Speak it, believe it, manifest it. 

You have control over self ……. No one else.

So go about your day, Be aweasome! Be beautiful! Be amazing. Just…. Be…. You. 😊

30 Day Affirmation Challenge

I am challenging everyone to take time out everyday and speak over yourself.

Often times negativity consumes us and creates doubt. By taking time everyday to repeat a daily affirmation we can change the way our mind is set up and push out the negativity. It doesn’t take much, something very simple as in “I am amazing!”

What  happens is that we Speak it, Believe it, Manifest it. 

Everyday start with a new Affirmation, and take time to Repeat as needed. I myself Work from home and I am always on the computer. So what I did was took a sticky note, wrote out my Affirmation and placed it at the very top of my keyboard. So no matter what, as I am typing and looking at the screen my Affirmation is boldly on display for me.

I would suggest to write out your Affirmation and place it in an area that you know you will see it, and remember to repeat.

  • A note on the fridge
  • A note on the mirror in the bathroom
  • Stick a note to your coffee pot if you drink a lot of coffe during the day
  • Set up a reminder on your phone to go off every 2 hours
  • Write it in your journal
  • Place it in your car
  • Place it on the cover of a book you read during he day

Bottom line write it, say it, and repeat it. Within 30 days watch how your mind becomes more at ease, you will do more of what you thought you couldn’t. You will have more confidence. There will not be a doubt in your mind that what you say is not true.

Speak it, Believe it, Manifest it!
